I have been blogging about meditation, but when do you think it is best to meditate during the day then?

If you look up meditation, you will find so much information about it!

Meditation in the morning, meditation at night. Each has its own opinions and reasons,

and many of them make sense to me.


Here I will write about what I consider to be the recommended time for meditation.


In conclusion, I recommend morning meditation. Meditation at dawn is especially recommended.


Of course there are reasonable reasons for this!


The earth is filled with energy from the natural world. That energy is not always there 100% of the time. During the night when the sun does not shine, the state of energy is quieter than during the day. And as the sun gradually brightens and the sun rises, its energy overflows from the natural trees, plants, and flowers, and from the earth itself.


We take in that natural energy from the first chakra and activate it with the second chakra to create Qi to live on this earth. Of course, we take in energy not only from the first chakra but also from breathing, etc., and circulate it in and out of the body, but by activating it through the second chakra, we can create stronger Qi.

I think it would be ok for experienced meditators, but I myself don't meditate before going to bed at night. natural world overflows at sunrise, so if you can make meditation a habit at that time, you can take the fresh energy into yourself and start your day in a calm state.


If you start with the ancient Master Yoga Qigong, you will activate that natural energy through special breathing techniques, and the Qi so created will support you more effectively in your day to day activities.
