Class Structure

The session begins with Tonglen practices for mental and sensory integration to assess your current state. Using the RENKIHA(錬氣波)technique,

the instructor remove blockagesin your Qi vein (energy pathways).

 

You will be taught the breathing techniques of Ancient Master Yoga

and Wudang Taiji Neidan methods.

 

Through this special breathing technique and focused awareness,

chakra development progresses sequentially from the second chakra onward.

During this process, Qi energy will be transferred from

the instructor to the participant.

You will be guided to generate your own Qi,

learn to control it, and incorporate it into their daily lives.

The number of lessons varies by individual,

but for students attending one session per week,

the following schedule applies:    

•    Second Chakra: 5–7 sessions

•    Third Chakra: 5–7 sessions

•    Fourth Chakra: 5–7 sessions

•    Fifth Chakra: 5–7 sessions

•    Sixth Chakra: 10–15 sessions

•    Seventh Chakra: 15–20 sessions

It takes approximately one year to complete each level.

Level 1

​Building the Foundation

This stage focuses on generating and controlling Qi. Using the breathing techniques of Ancient Master Yoga, the second through seventh chakras are developed as Qi generators. Yin Qi, which has the nature of water, is nurtured at this stage.

Level 2

Transitioning to Yang Qi

In this stage, breathing techniques shift to Wudang Taiji Neidan methods. The Yin Qi cultivated in Stage 1 is ignited, creating Yang Qi. This involves generating a pilot light within the body, familiarizing oneself with Yang Qi, strengthening energy pathways, and training each chakra.

Level 3

Refining Yang Qi

​This stage focuses on condensing the Yang Qi developed in Stage 2. The process of refining Qi produces high-quality energy, which is repeatedly stored in the Dantian through a warming process. By the latter half of this stage, students will develop the ability to penetrate with Qi.

Level 4

Returning to Ancient Master Yoga Practices

In this stage, Yin Qi is used to strengthen the Yin spirit through Ancient Master Yoga practices. This enables an understanding of the essence of all things and the balance of Yin-Yang energy. Advanced mindfulness techniques are mastered, allowing practitioners to transcend the concept of chakras.

Levels 5 and beyond are not open to the public.
