Hello there.
The other day, while chatting with a friend, she started talking about a colleague at work whom she really struggles with.
“Why is that person always like that?”
“How can they even think that way?”
“They always blame me for everything!”
She was clearly frustrated.
We all meet different kinds of people in life, don’t we?
As for me, I teach Qigong, mostly in private lessons.
Even in group sessions, we rarely talk about personal matters.
When I go to ballet class, I might chat with friends or just say hello — nothing deep.
So honestly, I don’t really have anyone in my daily life that I would call “difficult but unavoidable.”
So when my friend talks about such things, I just listen quietly and send her calm, healing energy.
But when she asked, “What do you think?”, I shared a little of my own perspective.
Try Shifting the Perspective
Instead of thinking,
“Why is that person like that?”,
I ask myself:
“Why do I get so triggered by this person?”
“What kind of frequency in me attracts someone like this?”
“Why do I react so strongly to their words or behavior?”
This is something I practice in my own life.
We are all constantly emitting our own frequency into the world,
and we attract experiences and people that resonate with that same vibration.
(In truth, it’s a mutual resonance — both sides are co-creating the experience.)
This is the basic principle of reality creation.
Of course, collective energy also plays a role,
but at its core, it’s quite simple.
The “Emotional Trigger”
When you find yourself working with someone difficult,
it’s often because there’s something you can both learn from each other.
Outer events or people are just mirrors —
they bring out reactions that already exist within us.
These reactions are called emotional triggers.
They often come from past experiences and unconscious patterns —
what we might call “stepping on an emotional landmine.”
Anger or irritation is simply a signal from inside,
showing us unprocessed emotions or old beliefs ready to be released.
When we become aware of them and allow healing,
we free ourselves from those old vibrations.
As a result, we stop being shaken by external situations.
Leveling Up
Each time we notice and release an emotional reaction,
it’s like leveling up in a game — a sign that our consciousness has expanded.
The colleague may still act the same way,
but once your vibration changes,
you’ll no longer feel the same irritation or anger.
You can’t always change what’s outside,
but by transforming your inner world,
the outer world will naturally shift as well.Hello there.

No matter what happens around you,
look within — that’s where true freedom begins.
If you feel called to explore your inner energy and bring more balance to your everyday life,
I’d love to share the practice of Qigong with you.
Through mindful breathing and gentle movement, we can learn to release old emotions and realign with peace.
