Hello! This is a continuation from my last post!
Have you read the last two blog entries about “energy vampires”?

In my everyday life, I believe that everything in this world is made up of frequencies.
The events that occur in our lives only resonate with the frequency we ourselves emit.
If that’s the case, then meeting energy vampires—whether they are friends,
family members, or acquaintances—must hold some kind of meaning.
If your frequency didn’t match theirs in some way, you wouldn’t have encountered them. That means there’s likely something for you to learn from those interactions.
I believe it’s important to take time to reflect deeply on this from your own perspective.
Also, as I mentioned in the last post, Qi naturally flows from stronger to weaker sources. When you understand this principle, it becomes clear that the stronger your own Qi is, the less you’ll be affected by others.
And to strengthen your Qi, maintaining your own well-being is essential.
The first step is to improve the circulation of your Qi.
So, what can you do? The most effective method is Qigong,
an internal energy practice rooted in ancient Naidan alchemy.
But if you’re looking for a quick way to get started, just move your body!
Exercises that raise your heart rate are great.
Of course, don’t risk injury by jumping straight into jogging if you’re not used to it.
One of my top recommendations is water walking—not swimming,
but walking upright in the water. Your body becomes lighter, the risk of injury is lower, and the water pressure works gently on your entire body.
You can even do light jogging in the water. It’s great!
If you practice yoga, that’s also a wonderful option.
Focusing on your breath during yoga helps clear blocked energy pathways.
In the spiritual world, people often say things like “raise your vibration.”
But even without getting spiritual, you’ve probably noticed that when something fun happens, your mood lifts, and when something unpleasant happens, you feel down.
I’m not saying you have to be happy all the time—but try to recall how your body feels when you’re truly enjoying yourself. That feeling, that energetic state, is what we mean when we talk about a “high vibration.”
In that state, your Qi flows freely and smoothly.
And if just a bit of light exercise can help you get closer to that state—
how easy and accessible is that?
When your own Qi is flowing smoothly and strongly,
spending time with someone typically labeled an “energy vampire” won’t drain you as it might have before.
In fact, the stronger your Qi becomes, the less influence others will have over you. Eventually, you may naturally stop encountering such people at all.
Don’t you want to be in control of your own life?
